In my role as a Director of Corporate HR & Talent Acquisition, I lead the Talent Acquisition & HR Support teams to enhance employment branding, hiring manager and candidate experience for The Raley\'s Companies by driving compliance of our pre-employment and post-employment business processes including Application Tracking System, HRIS, HR records, background checks and other pre-employment screening. We serve over 230 locations across four states and four Tribal Nations under eight well-known banners: Raley’s, Bel Air, Nob Hill Foods, Raley’s O-N-E Market, Bashas’, Food City, AJ’s Fine Foods and Bashas’ Diné MarketAdditionally, I serve as a trusted advisor in the capacity of a Corporate HR Business Partner to the Support Center level leaders and executive leaders on strategic HR initiatives including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, engagement, employee relations investigations, performance management, and organizational design.
