I\'m an HR professional with around three years of experience in the HR space across recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement — with exposure to both Indian and international workplaces.I began my journey as an HR intern at Teachmint, then moved to Machintel where I grew from Recruiter to Senior HR Executive, handling end-to-end hiring, onboarding, campus drives, and employee engagement. Most recently, I worked with NSH in Saudi Arabia as an HR Officer, managing onboarding, induction, compliance, and employee welfare.
