Magdalene is a managed service provider working extensively in the telecommunications sector (fixed and mobile service providers) and the regulated utilities markets (e.g. water, electricity and gas). As Bid Manager, I am responsible for the end-to-end management of the bid process from RFI/PQQ to RFP with close involvement in the closing BAFO/contracting stages.Documented and launched the Bid Management process for Magdalene, including Bid Library, supporting templates and tools, bid tracking (Salesforce). Also initiated or supported other process improvements for the Commercial function.
