With over 30 years of experience in real estate, I’ve developed expertise across residential sales, property management, real estate investments, and home building. As the owner and broker of Dominion Group Properties, my focus is on providing exceptional service and guidance to clients throughout their real estate journey.I began my career as a builder\'s representative in Ohio and later ran a home-building company, overseeing more than transactions worth over $240 million. This hands-on experience in both construction and real estate has given me a unique perspective on the industry, helping clients make informed decisions whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.Since founding Dominion Group Properties in 2010, I’ve helped countless individuals and families navigate the complexities of real estate transactions in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Whether it’s helping a first-time buyer, guiding an investor to the best property, or providing expert property management services, I take pride in offering personalized, data-driven advice tailored to my clients’ needs.Beyond residential sales, my expertise extends to property management, where I assist investors with identifying, purchasing, and managing income properties. This combined experience in construction, sales, and property management enables me to help clients maximize their investments and navigate the market with confidence.My leadership also includes serving as Treasurer of the Anthem Parkside HOA, which has provided me with valuable insights into community development, HOA management, and local regulations.
