In a career of over 15 years as a supply chain strategist and change management leader in the defense, aerospace, energy, and industrial manufacturing sectors, I have acquired extensive experience in developing and implementing data-driven S & OP, forecasting, Lean manufacturing, inventory control, and strategic sourcing processes to deliver operational excellence and cost savings across the procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution functions for large global spends. Turned around one of Circor’ s Aerospace and Defense Business unit from low on-time delivery (OTD) and negative annual operating income (AOI) to 90% OTD and favorable AOI in 3 years through a comprehensive restructuring of the supply chain organization. Transitioned product lines and suppliers from China to the US for Circor Energy in 12 months with a significant positive impact on free cash flow (FCF), in addition to rolling out a new supplier portal that improved supplier OTD by 17%. Directed the design and implementation of a supply network at Zumtobel Lighting that reduced inventory by 60%, lowered inbound freight costs by 10%, and improved fulfilment levels to 98%.
