As a Research Coordinator at ISBR Business School, Bangalore, with a Master\'s degree in Sociology. I play a pivotal role in organizing academic programs, overseeing the progress of FPM scholars, actively contributing to research initiatives, fostering academic growth, and coordinating research initiatives. My responsibilities include facilitating workshops, seminars, and conferences that foster intellectual growth while providing support to FPM scholars throughout their academic journeys. During my academic journey, I completed a comprehensive dissertation titled \"The Role of Caste and Class in Local Body Elections: A Sociological Study in Rural Tamil Nadu.\" This project honed my skills in qualitative methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation, while deepening my understanding of grassroots political structures. My professional experience combines research and education, allowing me to design and support impactful projects that drive sociological insights. In addition to research, my teaching internships have enriched my ability to deliver engaging lessons, support diverse learners, and cultivate a vibrant learning environment.My professional interests focus on Political sociology, including voting behavior, electoral trends, and grassroots politics. I aim to contribute to academia by uncovering insights into democratic processes and blending research expertise with a commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering societal progress.
