PROVEN PROJECT MANAGEMENT 🤷‍ Do you own a property and can’t figure out what to do with it? 🤷‍ Do you dream of developing a property but don’t know how to make that happen? 🤷‍ Do you have a construction project that needs more detailed inspections and guidance?I have been involved with developing properties for more than twenty years and I love to build buildings! The creation of a new building is a multi-faceted process meant to result in a profitable investment for its owners. But getting from that first idea to the completed project can be a long and challenging road full of myriad decisions along the way. That’s where I come in! Being the Project Manager and Owner’s Representative means being the center-post and team leader for the development team – the architects, contractor, engineers and other consultants – ensuring that their work remains in balance with the goals of the owners. My career has been focused primarily on neighborhood mixed-use developments, although different projects have exposed me to a wide range of product types over time.My background includes nearly twenty years of banking, so I consider each project through the eyes of both design and construction but also finance and marketing. I revel in a project’s details, but also enjoy the “big picture”. The successful integration of these elements will mean the creation of a building that is a meaningful addition to a neighborhood. Expertise in: Project development, including acquisition, design, permitting, construction, marketing and lease-up; Project financing, including construction, permanent and equity; Portfolio management of investment properties; Analytical thinking, communication and writing skills; Team leadership;When I am not building buildings, I can be found playing squash or dancing the Lindy Hop.
