How do we work together to lower or eliminate customer pain points? Listening, learning, prioritization, coordination, delivery, and communication of realized value. Program Manager for strategic solutions for eBay\'s German market. One element of this program was the removal of required final-value-fees for consumer-to-consumer (C2C) sellers, which was released on March 1, 2023. Program Manager for Product Foundations team, which includes the administration of a customer survey platform that collects and analyzes voluntary customer-submitted experience reports about various site pages.
