In the last role as Vice President HR Business Partner) for Retail Banking/Group Finance Functions, I was responsible for working closely with Global and regional HR heads, Global Business Heads across the global markets to drive Strategic People Agenda in various HR functional expertise across Hiring, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Competency Framework, Job Evaluation, Employee Relations including Grievance, Performance Management, etc.International Exposure : 1. Short-term-assignment in Mauritius as Head HR to lead HR and also for Re-engineering HR processes including migration of Payroll and hiring processes 2.
