The culmination of the report-making involves the scoring pattern given to each branch based on the audit carried out; a part of the BRS; Branch Risk Score. This score is given based on process division.Having overseen and maintained compliance across PAN India (approximately 933 branches), entailing 19 states, I have led the auditor’s performance and functioning by imparting training, overseeing auditors, and performing continuous monitoring. Close to 300 numbers of auditors, have been mentored by me for managing audit-related issues and compliances. I deeply understand documentation related to lending pre-disbursement, and ensure that risk parameters are captured and assessed. This is usually done with sound comprehension of industry and regulatory trends along with their impact on customers; ascertains for accuracy in decisions making. Analytically rectified all errors of documentation in record time as per the disclosure levied in the RBI guidelines Have led teams that vehemently sealed all data mismatches I have a knack of setting up processes that work that have streamlined and replaced rudimentary processesI am now willing to offer my experience and expertise in a demanding position, to a company that promises mutual growth.
