Handling payroll process and statutory compliances. Maintaining and updating the HRIS. Organizing HR town hall sessions. Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learningand development of employees. Developing and implementing disciplinary policies Conducting interactive sessions with the department teams for issues and suggestions. Organizing welfare activities as employee birthday celebration, picnics, Women’s DayCelebration, Festival Celebration at Work Place. Handling employee grievances in an objective and unbiased way by communicating and,if required, counseling employees. Ensure that established procedures are followed andall grievance cases are addressed and concluded appropriately Maintaining records andcompiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers,performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, etc. Coordinating with the Finance and Admin department related to HR VendorManagement Maintaining the notice board according to the requirement. Responsible for the exit interviews and full and final settlement.
