I have worked in generalist, partnering, and strategic HR roles for the past 18 years. In my most recent position, I led a team of 12 HR professionals who worked on talent acquisition, learning and development, plant HR, compensation and benefits, and HR shared services while serving as head of HR for a medical equipment company.
