I lead the Investment Office at ZT Corporate, managing a team charged with all investment, acquisition, and divestiture activities across our diverse portfolio.Established in 1997, ZT Corporate is a Houston-based private equity firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles. The firm focuses on healthcare and franchise auto dealerships as core investment verticals. ZT Corporate’s investment team collaborates with its operators to support the day-to-day operations of the firm’s portfolio investments. This close collaboration drives value creation by developing stronger operator-investor relationships, cross-functional expertise, and a deeper understanding of our target industries. Since its founding, ZT Corporate has successfully completed more than 60 investments, including platform companies and follow-on opportunities with multiple liquidity events for its investors.Our healthcare portfolio subsidiary, Altus Community Healthcare, is the largest emergency services provider in Texas, operating 31 freestanding emergency rooms and micro-hospitals. Our mission is to save lives in emergency situations by providing world-class care from highly trained physicians and staff. Altus is backed by a seasoned healthcare private equity group, ZT Corporate, a Houston-based firm with 25+ years of proven success delivering breakthrough growth and scaling healthcare facilities while remaining financially disciplined. We have a strategic growth roadmap to reach 100+ facilities in the next three years.ZT\'s Franchise Auto business, ZT Automotive, formerly ZT Motors, was founded in 2015 and has become one of the fastest-growing verticals within ZT Corporate’s portfolio. ZT Automotive operates automotive dealerships in Texas, Florida, Georgia and Alabama for Toyota, BMW, Chevrolet, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, GMC, Buick, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, Honda and Nissan.
