Training plan for JIO New join employee to encourage FTR work as per drawing, ABD, SLD for OFC project rollout And Quality Control Knowledge of duct tests (DIT) before OFC blowing. Knowledge of OFC Work Duct Laying, installation of different types of MH or Chambers (NP2, FRP, PULL Box ), OFC blowing, Fiber Splicing, Checking OTDR Reports. Verification of different type machines calibration documents which provided by vendor team and follow up for re -calibration.
