Hands-on experience in various professional roles from government/Industry extension veterinarian role, to work as company veterinarian at one of the biggest poultry genetic breeding organization in Scotland and my pharmaceutical technical services veterinarian position at Zoetis Canada has provided me with unique and very broad career portfolio.My current Associate Director, has enabled me to establish a sound synergy between technical expertise and commercial responsibilities to drive sales and provide value to customers across the country at a higher level.If needed, I have the ability to zoom in and conduct in a very analytical/methodical management role, and at the same time avoid being trapped into the world of Tunnel Vision mind set and always strive to think out of box and keep in mind the organization’s main goals/objectives. My passion is to apply my current business role with my years of technical background to lead the Canadian poultry team to optimize our product/service offerings and support our veterinarians, Nutritionists, poultry producers and allied industry to collectively achieve best outcome. I truly believe that with right people on board, and genuine teamwork, we can get the best results with a well-balanced strategy in this very competitive business era.
