   Conducting structural and thermal analysis on the component level for various devices • Expertise in Hyperelastic and Viscoelastic materials characterization• Conducted material testing, tensile testing, designed customized test fixtures, and calibrated FEA models for versetile material types (adhesives, foams, elastomers, plastics, metals, brittles, etc)• Initiated to create and maintain a comprehensive FEA material database.• Colaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Reliability and Product Design teams to provide guidance, identify failure risks, design tests, build representative FEA models, and validate results. • Performed failure and root cause to support design of experiments (DOE).• Advanced FEA analysis: Performed explicit dynamic and implicit simulations to analyze impact, drop, shock, quasi-static scenarios such as thermal cycling, flex bending, etc, for various Apple devices. • Built and analyzed complex FEA models (implicit & explicit) including imported geometry, initial stress conditions, interference fit for the best possible representative initial and boundary conditions. • Conduct 2D and 3D DOE’s to perform sensitivity analysis and design optimization. • Lead the development of fatigue life prediction models and reliability tests for thermal and mechanical cycling conditions
