Senior level accounting professional with over a decade of diverse public accounting experiences with a focus on the industrial products sector, as well as the energy and resources industry. Skill set includes strong project management skills, team building and connectivity, strong technical accounting skills and global business acumen. • Project Management: Successfully managed multiple audit engagements, including global Fortune 250 clients, successfully leading audit teams along with other lines of service, including IT, tax, and advisory • Team Building: Track record of strong team performance and low turnover of team members. Served in different capacity as a coach, mentor, facilitator and diversity leader. • Technical Skills: Well read and intellectually nimble with experience advising public and private companies on attestation and internal controls services, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt offerings, accounting standard implementation under US GAAP and IFRS, and complex accounting matters. Experience gathered from various industries including but not limited to Energy - upstream, midstream, downstream and oil field services, industrial products & manufacturing, technology, healthcare and AWM. • Global Business Acumen: Extensive experience in coordinating and communicating with teams across the country and foreign teams, as well as foreign subsidiaries of clients. Also spent time working in the UK and Nigeria. Work/life balance is key and outside of work, I am a Dad to two lovely kids and an avid tennis player.
