I am currently a Technology Support personnel at 1st SOS staffing, a human resources solution provider and leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, where I manage end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow projects for various clients across industries. In my current role, I am responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting user interviews, and collaborating with stakeholders to define ServiceNow project scope and objectives. I also configure ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog, to align with business needs and best practices. Additionally, I create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to automate and optimize processes. Furthermore, I provide user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the ServiceNow platform. I leverage my skills in customer success, databases, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams and learning from diverse perspectives and experiences.
