As a Pre-Construction Planner, I collaborate with the Pre-Con team to provide Pre-Construction & Construction planning support for tenders within the water industry. My role encompasses developing and delivering comprehensive construction programs for projects ranging from the upgrade of existing sewage treatment plants to the construction of new water infrastructure through the following:Creating detailed tender programs and methodologies.Assessing project risks and Opportunities during tender stage.Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to align planning strategies with project requirements.Ensuring tender submissions reflect efficient, cost-effective, and compliant project timelines.Supporting bid teams by providing accurate scheduling, resource allocations, and logistics planning.
