Enterprise transformations rarely fail because of technology.They fail when business processes, governance, and enterprise systems are not aligned. I work with organizations navigating complex ERP, digital transformation, and enterprise platform challenges. Over the past 18+ years, I have worked across manufacturing, government platforms, distribution networks, and enterprise environments, helping leadership teams design scalable digital operating models that support growth, transparency, and operational control. My work focuses on aligning three elements that are often disconnected in transformation programs: • Business processes • Governance and decision frameworks • Enterprise technology architecture I have been involved in one of the largest open-architecture e-governance ERP transformations, enabling digital operations across 400+ cities, supporting concurrent users, and processing ₹200+ crore in daily transactions. Organizations typically engage me when: • ERP investments are not delivering expected business value • operations continue to rely on spreadsheets despite enterprise systems • multi-entity organizations operate on fragmented platforms • leadership lacks real-time operational visibility and decision support Through B2Grow, we work with organizations to design and implement enterprise platforms and digital operating models that support scalability, governance, and long-term operational clarity. My role often involves working closely with CXOs, founders, and transformation leaders to ensure that technology decisions align with business strategy, operational realities, and long-term enterprise architecture. I believe enterprise transformation begins with business architecture first — technology comes after.
