Maintain records of applications, Application Owners, versions and packaging status for all the applications in the applications list-Perform integration testing of Application Packages in customer Controlled Test Environment (CTE) for the Software Distribution framework- If passed, notify the software distribution operator to distribute the packaging from CTE environment to live environment for deployment to the end-users-Daily reporting on the status of each request-Communicating with Client contacts, Client vendors, and Client end-users, as necessary Provide customer with submission support for Packaging Requests – Package Request Form (PRF) creation-Validate the requirements generated by the application owner- Work with the Application Owner to resolve any issues identified with requirements- Advise the Application Owner of the complexity category of the Packaging Request
