ABOUT BRETT ROANE

Brett is a Founding Partner at R&D LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate finance and private mergers and acquisitions. He advises buyers, sellers, and investors on transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology and SaaS, manufacturing, food and beverage, health and wellness, medical devices, automotive, and real estate. Brett also works closely with boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder matters, and counsels clients on offerings of equity and debt, as well as complex, tax-driven reorganizations in collaboration with accountants and tax advisors. Brett has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and growth-oriented businesses.
