My ambition is to create a positive and dynamic environment wherever I go, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.As a Business Management major with a Leadership minor at the University of Florida, pursuing a Master of International Business degree, I’ve built my foundation around understanding people, leadership, and global collaboration.In Summer 2025, I studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland, where I interned with the Improvised Music Company. Working across event operations, marketing, and research taught me to adapt quickly, communicate across cultures, and find creative solutions in fast-paced environments.My earlier experiences helped shape the way I lead and collaborate. At Miami-Dade Parks, I guided a team of 14 counselors and coordinated community programs that brought people together while managing logistics and communication across diverse groups. During my time at the Miami-Dade County Office of the Tax Collector, I developed an onboarding intranet for over 200 new hires and transitioned key HR processes into digital formats, strengthening my attention to detail and ability to streamline systems that support employee success. Now, I’m eager to combine management expertise with global experience to build workplaces that inspire inclusion, development, and performance.
