I am a Cybersecurity Analyst and Project Engineer with 3+ years of experience spanning IT security, vulnerability management, and quality assurance in the manufacturing and defense sector. I began my career at HCL Technologies as an Analyst Trainee, supporting threat detection, vulnerability scanning, and incident response. Over time, I advanced into a Cybersecurity Analyst role, where I conducted vulnerability assessments (Qualys, Rapid7), security monitoring through SIEM (QRadar, Splunk), IDS/IPS, and EDR (CrowdStrike), and worked closely with cross-functional teams to improve organizational security posture. Currently, I am working as a Project Engineer at Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), contributing to national defense projects. My role involves monitoring IT & OT networks, conducting vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with CERT-In/NCIIPC/PSU cybersecurity standards, managing firewalls & endpoint security, incident response, and digital forensics. Alongside cybersecurity, I apply quality control practices to maintain compliance in defense manufacturing processes and collaborate with vendors to uphold quality standards. With strong technical expertise, certifications like CompTIA Security+(CEH in progress), and programming knowledge in Python & C, I am passionate about building secure systems and contributing to cyber defense and QA excellence in critical sectors.
