ABOUT B. JUSTIN KRAWITT

Dr. Krawitt is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College and is the System Medical Director of Utilization & Clinical Documentation at Dartmouth Health. He is the founder and president of Hanover Physician Advisors, a consultancy firm assisting health care entities provide compliant health care delivery while maximizing quality metrics and revenue. Medical Director of Utilization and Clinical Documentation his responsibilities include operations across the health care delivery spectrum of the DH system including: revenue integrity, utilization, clinical documentation, quality metrics, risk adjustment, DRG coding, readmissions, denial management, CMS compliance, care management, bed allocation, and physician engagement.Hanover Physician Advisors (HPA) specializes in health systems assessments focused on ensuring revenue capture and quality metric improvement. HPA maximizes health systems hospital internal resources to drive multi-million dollar returns that hospitals and health systems are due for the services they provide. He obtained his MD at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, his MHCDS at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. He is a practicing Hospitalist, board certified in Internal Medicine and Health Care Quality & Management, and his clinical interests include management of COPD populations and ultrasound guided procedure teaching.
