Currently, I am Independent Director on Ganesh Consumer Products Ltd\'s Board from Dec 2024- listed on BSE & NSE in Sept 2025. At GCPL, I am a member of Audit, NRC & CSR Committees & chaired the IPO Pricing Committee too. I serve as Board member at Det Moderne India, Oslo (a policy & business advisory firm accelerating Indo-Norwegian business & trade partnership) & as Venture Partner in Precog Innovation Partners-a Cross-border Co-creation & Venture-building Platform focused on core themes that include Net-Zero Energy, Mobility, Circular Economy & Advanced Materials, driving collaborative initiatives amongst businesses for value creation. I am an active angel investor on IPV & Keiretsu platforms.I served as Director-Finance (Fractional) for Dholakia Lab Grown Diamonds Pvt Ltd, Mumbai & as Strategic Advisor to Jaleel Holdings LLC, Dubai in 2024 & 2025.As Director-Finance & IT at Orkla India (MTR + Eastern), I led Digital Transformation & Business Development, until I retired in Dec 2023. I also led the acquisition of Rasoi Magic Foods India Pvt Ltd in 2011 & Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd in Apr 2021 unlocking value for all stakeholders. In 2017 Orkla set up a Start-up Fund (led by me) that invested in growth stage processed foods businesses, that connected me to a large network of PE funds & promoters. I was also on Rasoi Magic Foods (India) Pvt Ltd\'s Board & was the Chairman of the Board of Norwegian Business Association of India since Feb 2021 until Dec 2023.(Member of the Board since June 2017).I have the honor and privilege of being included in the All-India CFO 100 Roll of Honor for 8 years in succession from - 2014 onwards till 2021 by CFO India an arm of 9.9 Media Pvt Ltd. Was also on the India CFO Honor List for 2020 hosted by Core-Media group and was awarded the Veteran CFO of the year 2018 by Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd Bengaluru.I also served as the Convenor of CII\'s Economic Affairs and Taxation Panel, Karnataka Chapter for 4 years ending with FY 2022 which has transformed my thoughts around business strategy, collaboration, execution excellence and above all in fostering a learning and nurturing environment. Was also part of both Eco Affairs and Corporate Governance panels in CII Southern Region. I was also the Co-Chair of International Business Committee at BCIC & was on FICCI\'s national panel on AI/Digital Transformation & the FMCG Committees for the last 2 years. I also had the privilege of being a member of the Jury for the National level CII CFO Excellence Awards for 2022 & partnered the 2021 Jury Committee as well.
