Multi tasking a specialty, she has over 20 years of coaching experience on all levels, combined with athletic management experience serving colleges and universities in various athletic department roles ranging from sports information to athletic facility director. Gibboney has over ten years of sales and managerial experience in retail and territory sales in office supply, concessions, hardware, paint, electronics, and the telecommunications industry.The 1998 Rider University B.S. business administration graduate and commencement speaker, has used his business management skills in fulfilling roles as events manager, athletic facilities director and most recently, sports information director/men\'s volleyball coach.
