As a Senior Administrative Officer at the US Environmental Protection Agency\'s Office of General Counsel (EPA-OGC), I have over five years of experience in managing, advising, and developing annual and long-term performance measurement goals that align and support the Agency\'s strategic plan. I also provide supporting data and quality analysis for these sustained metrics as required by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).I am a certified Continuous Improvement Program Manager (CIPM) and a Contracting Officer\'s Representative Level II (FAC-COR) who leads efforts that have instituted several process improvements for OGC\'s human resources, information technology, and security/legal support operations, resulting in 25% leaner and more refined processes. I am also the leader of OGC\'s Emergency Response Group (ERG) Team for the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), where I adhere, assist, and administer FEMA/DHS COOP guidance and policies in case of a national emergency. Additionally, I am the project manager of OGC\'s first EEO Plan, where I facilitate and build confidence among internal and external stakeholders using LEAN techniques. I hold a secret clearance to conduct OGC\'s National Security Information (NSI) and Drug-Free Workplace program efforts.
