Generate and maintain multiple HR dashboards and analytical reports as required. Conduct market benchmarking and gap analysis to stay abreast of compensation trends. Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Compensation, Compliance, and HR Analytics. Leading automation and digitization initiatives in the HR function to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
