As a professional Quality Engineer in the manufacturing sector, I had worked for 5 years on various tyre industry especially in PCR, 2Wheelers and OTR with the responsibility as an Internal Quality Auditing for all the manufacturing process,CPK analysis, Defect rectification tyre building and tyre curing, Documentation for IATF audit and customer audit, Analysis with 7QC tools, Preparing and verifying checklist for process and product, Handling NC\'s, PDI (pre dispatching inspection) for all OEMs and Exports. I had experience in piping and ducting as a Trainee Engineer from Bhavani Erectors Pvt Ltd on a project of Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd (RVUNL), where I had duties for executing large and smallbore pipes with the rectifications of welding joints and coordinating with charges for hosting the Hydro tests. With all the multiple industrial experiences I had certifications on:* Internal Auditor as per QMS and IATF norms.* Total Quality Management from IIT, Kanpur * QA QC proficiency I am a B-Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Calicut University in 2016, on my graduation period I had done various projects based on:* Fabricate a working model for the “Sprocket Side Stand Retrieve System”.* Analysis of “Design of Worm and Worm Gear for VA-8 Actuated Control Valve” with the help of Instrumentation Limited at Kanjikode West, Palakkad. I am a self-oriented and self-driven professional possessing excellent analytical skills and experience with multiple industries, by skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Minitab, End-user of SAP, and Basic Python. Moreover, I am confident that I would execute the role and all associated duties successfully and determination to meet or exceed all assigned targets and objectives.
