Key Achievements & Responsibilities- Executed comprehensive data cleansing, archival, and migration of historical safety records, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance- Collaborated cross-functionally with business units and IT teams to enhance system usability and stakeholder engagement- Designed and deployed interactive performance dashboards, aligning analytics with strategic KPIs to support data-driven decision-making- Supported the implementation of safety practices aligned with international standards such as NFPA, OSHA, and ISO 45001, helping ensure compliance and safer operations- Enforced critical electrical safety practices like Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, significantly reducing the risk of incidents in line with NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements- Conducted regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify gaps, improve safety controls, and promote a stronger safety culture throughout the organization.
