I have more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector working to address the two areas I feel most impact our quality of life- health and education. I use my skills in program development, civic engagement and program evaluation to support efforts in addressing health disparities and achievement gaps.I take pride in my honors and achievements because all rewards were a direct result of my expertise in designing and implementing relevant programming for multicultural communities and organizations.    Reach Out and Read Wisconsin partners with over 300 clinics, serving children—one in three infants, toddlers, and preschoolers across the state. More than 1,900 medical providers and twice as many clinic staff volunteer their time to integrate parent support and early literacy promotion into their standard of care.As the Executive Director, I design and implement long-term strategies that address current needs and future growth, ensuring the sustainability of Reach Out and Read’s mission throughout Wisconsin.
