ABOUT AZURED K. METOYER

Azure’D focuses her practice on a broad range of labor and employment law matters. She routinely defends employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, against allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She has experience with federal and state occupational safety and health plans and defense against OSHA citations and penalties and whistleblower violations. Azure’D has represented clients in denial of benefits claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She also has experience conducting workplace investigations. Azure\'D is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. Outside of the office, Azure\'D continues to be involved in her community. She is member of the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Central Ohio. She is a member of the 20••••25 co-hort of the Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation Leadership Institute. Azure\'D is a 2019 graduate of the Ohio State Bar Association Leadership Academy and a 2020 Ohio State Bar Foundation Fellow. She is also involved with the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association.
