ABOUT AZURAYAH LIGHT

I’ve spent over 15 years in the wellness industry, with the past decade as a General Manager leading high-volume spa operations and large teams.My work has evolved beyond managing a single location into developing leaders, strengthening operational consistency, and improving overall business performance. I focus on creating clarity, reinforcing accountability, and building teams that can operate effectively without constant oversight.In my current role, I oversee a 100+ person operation with responsibility across revenue, membership performance, labor management, and guest experience. I’ve contributed to improved year-over-year performance, strengthened conversion, and helped stabilize both team dynamics and operational execution.A core part of my leadership has been developing others. I’ve trained department managers who have gone on to become General Managers, and I continue to focus on building leadership capability and consistency across all areas of the business. This has naturally expanded how I think about operations, not just at the location level, but in terms of alignment, consistency, and long term performance across multiple teams.Alongside my role, I founded Stillpoint Wellness Advisory, where I support wellness organizations in strengthening leadership, operations, and team alignment. My work is centered on cultivating steady, sovereign leadership, helping organizations move out of reactive patterns and into more grounded, sustainable performance.I’m particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to contribute at a broader level, whether through multi location leadership or advisory work supporting organizations as they grow.
