Automated the LC/MS characterization of N-linked glycans with the Waters UNIFI software.• Design and develop novel methods for the identification of released N-linked glycans from antibody drug candidates, antigens, and other heavily glycosylated proteins by HILIC/FLR/MS. Methods created reduce time and complexity of standard protocol, saving company over a year in material costs alone.• Document findings and maintain records in electronic laboratory notebook (ex.
