Over the past decade, I’ve focused on building the operational foundations that allow global organizations to scale without friction. Through roles at high-growth tech companies such as KAYAK and GetYourGuide, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating executive vision into structured, cross-functional operations. My work centers on redesigning how work actually happens. By improving systems, governance, and collaboration across teams, I help reduce the work-about-work that often slows organizations down. This has included leading global workflow redesigns, system migrations, and implementing the department’s first OKR tracking framework to better connect strategy with day-to-day execution.More recently, I’ve also been exploring strategic advisory work in the non-profit sector, supporting organizations looking to modernize fragmented tools and streamline service delivery.
