I oversee Board and committee meetings while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to track progress and align priorities.Financial Performance & Fund Development: Building financial resilience through resource development, nurturing a culture of philanthropy among the Board, staff, and community, and fostering relationships with major donors. I develop grant strategies to secure funding, write national and international grants as needed, and ensure compliance with donor and funder agreements through meticulous reporting.Mission Fulfillment & Community Engagement: Collaborating with the Board and staff to ensure the mission is realized through innovative programs, strategic planning, and outreach initiatives. I focus on forming partnerships with local, national, and international organizations to strengthen the Foundation’s impact.Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, policies, and staff to ensure organizational efficiency.
