As a key member of the Communications and Marketing team within Advancement, I oversee the full lifecycle of GTCC’s digital presence, including design, content creation, usability, user experience, and ADA compliance.My work ensures that GTCC’s online platforms not only align with the College’s mission but also provide accessible, engaging, and user-friendly experiences for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the community. I am responsible for safeguarding user data and maintaining secure, reliable platforms, while also leveraging analytics and performance data to guide content strategy, improve functionality, and optimize the user journey.With a focus on innovation, compliance, and user-centric design, I ensure GTCC’s digital ecosystem is both a trusted resource and a dynamic extension of the College’s commitment to excellence in education and community impact.
