Lead end-to-end delivery of SCADA, DMS, and OMS projects for electric utilities across North America, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and margin targets.Manage full project lifecycle including kickoff, system design, database configuration (GDB files), graphics development (one-lines, HMI screens, dashboards), FAT/SAT, and go-live.Coordinate cross-functional teams including SCADA developers, database engineers, graphics specialists, field technicians, and utility stakeholders.Oversee configuration of Network Models (GNM/UNM) and integration with GIS platforms (ESRI), validating feeder connectivity and real-time network accuracy.Manage integration of field devices including RTUs, RTACs, SEL relays, breakers, and substation automation equipment using DNP3 and IEC protocols.Support implementation of advanced DMS applications including FLISR (Fault Location, Isolation & Service Restoration), PFC (Power Flow Control), and outage workflows within OMS.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project, sequencing database builds, telemetry mapping, graphics, testing, and commissioning activities.Facilitate technical design workshops covering SCADA point mapping, telemetry configuration, breaker control logic, dashboards, and reporting requirements.Monitor project financials, resource allocation, and forecasted margins; proactively mitigate risks related to scope changes or integration delays.Manage change requests and contractual variations through structured PMO processes and documentation controls.Contribute to pre-sales efforts including RFP reviews, technical estimations, solution scoping, and proposal input.Serve as primary client interface during implementation, issue resolution, system commissioning, and post-deployment stabilization.
