My passion for project management started during my first experience as an assistant project manager in the railway sector where I faced a lot of difficulties because I found myself out of my comfort zone. Over the past few years, I have been able to gain a solid knowledge and become more adept with several project management methodologies by participating and assisting in projects costing as well as their planning, budgeting, staffing etc. As a result, I was promoted to CFO Heavy Current Project Engineer in 2019. The projects in which I participated are- Algiers metro line 1 project - Extension B - Algiers metro line 1 project - Extension A and C Having recently responded to calls for tenders outside the rail sector has enabled me to strengthen my skills and expertise.
