Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical devices, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards. Perform routine maintenance tasks on medical devices to prevent malfunctions and ensure their long-term reliability. Collaborate with the quality team to verify that devices meet GMP and other regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Work closely with engineering and other team members to provide valuable input on device improvement, innovation, and service process development initiatives. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times in accordance with process procedures and company policies. Coordinate and perform Engineering repair, rework, or salvage to ensure continued hardware supply to engineering teams and other teams as needed. Alert Engineering, Quality, and Operations management partners when unplanned Quality and/or Regulatory concerns have been identified or suspected, and coordinate resolution.
