   Provide financial oversight to the manufacturing and quality divisions of Tolmar. Responsible for annual budget, mid-year budget re-cast, and strategic LRP (long range plan). Worked with department leaders to develop KPI’s for the operations and quality departments. Implemented monthly process to track KPI’s and report status to senior leadership. Worked with supply chain and commercial teams to develop new company-wide S & OP process. Managed departmental expense budgets for both operations & quality. Responsible for the monthly reporting of operations and quality financial metrics to senior leadership. Finance business lead for the One Stream implementation. Developed multiple reports and dashboards in One Stream minimizing the need for manual, ad-hoc Excel based reporting.
