ABOUT ROB ROBICHAUD

I help grow businesses through relationship-driven sales, brand strategy, market expansion, and practical execution. Today, my primary focus is helping grow Caliber Paving in Phoenix by building relationships, creating visibility in the market, supporting business development efforts, and helping position the company for long-term growth in a competitive industry. My background is broader than traditional sales. Over the course of my career, I have led across executive HR, operations, recruiting, multi-site leadership, startup development, and private equity-related business environments. That experience gives me a practical view of how growth really happens across people, process, revenue, and execution. I am also an advocate for practical AI at work. I am interested in how AI can help professionals and businesses improve communication, speed, consistency, and decision-making in ways that are useful, responsible, and grounded in real work. Alongside my primary role, I continue to operate Arizona HR Professionals on a selective basis for recruiting and consulting engagements. I enjoy connecting with business owners, property managers, contractors, leaders, and professionals who value growth, strong relationships, and practical strategy.
