    Regulatory & Statutory Compliance• Ensure 100% compliance with central, state, and local laws across all seven projects (labour laws, environmental clearances, factory/industrial approvals, municipal and panchayat regulations) spanning across the state of Tamil Nadu.• Timely filings of statutory reports, licenses, approvals, and renewals (PCB, Fire NOC, Building permits, Electricity Board, etc.).• Monitor evolving regulations (labour codes, GST, SEZ/industrial park norms, RERA, land revenue) and implement changes across projects.2. Corporate Affairs & Governance• Represent the company before government authorities, industrial regulators, and statutory boards.• Maintain strong relationships with SRO, VAO, DTCP, CMDA, SIPCOT, TNPCB, Fire Dept, etc, ensuring smooth project execution.• Support corporate secretarial activities: board resolutions, contracts, MoUs, leases, and joint development agreements.3. Risk Management & Audit• Identify compliance risks for each project, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct periodic internal audits.• Develop and monitor compliance dashboards, escalating gaps to senior management.• Ensure all vendors, contractors, and partners comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.4. Project Support & Approvals• Secure land-use conversions, building plan sanctions, occupancy certificates, and power/water connections.• Handle project-level compliance for industrial parks, including FSI utilization, fire safety, and environment sustainability (LEED/IGBC if applicable).• Support land acquisition and registration process (due diligence, MODT, encumbrance checks, property tax assessments).5. Stakeholder Management• Act as the compliance interface between internal teams (Projects, Legal, Finance, Leasing, and Operations) and external stakeholders.• Provide compliance training to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
