Generate test reports and share them with the respective US Client Operations Managers for approval. Once approved, send the talent reports to the appropriate points of contact, including clients and talent agents, and ensure all reports are properly saved in the shared drive. Send traffic instructions to the stations and coordinate with both clients and stations to ensure smooth operations. Proactively troubleshoot any issues that arise and escalate them when necessary.
