I am a hospitality professional and academic with over 19 years of combined industry and teaching experience in hotel management. I hold a Master’s degree in Hotel Management and began my career journey in 2005 with ITC Maurya, New Delhi, one of India’s most iconic luxury hotels.I later moved to Dubai, where I spent over a decade working with some of the most prestigious luxury hospitality brands, including Atlantis The Palm, Jumeirah, and Desert Palm Resort. My industry experience spans high-end luxury hotels and resorts, with a strong focus on guest service excellence, international clientele, and operational standards.I have also earned advanced-level certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), London, strengthening my expertise in beverages and fine dining service.Since November 2016, I have been working in academics as an Associate Professor and Course Coordinator for the Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) program at IHM Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. My passion lies in bridging industry practices with academic learning, mentoring future hospitality professionals, and delivering industry-relevant education.
