Tractable is an AI first company, bringing in speed and insight of AI to solve classic\\\\ninsurance domain problems like estimation and inspection of cars and homes. My focus\\\\nareas within Tractable are to lead a product line that helps to increase the operation\\\\nefficiency of Car Insurance companies. Using visual models, my product line helps to\\\\njustify the cost of the repairs from bodyshops and help Insurance companies to save\\\\ncosts per claim.\\\\nMy responsibilities within this group are\\\\n• Responsible for overall delivery of a product line.\\\\n• Peering with Product Managers and Go To Market teams in ensuring an ideal\\\\n‘Product Market Fit’ solution is available across regions.\\\\n• Creating support teams and making sure that customer issues are resolved fast\\\\nand contractual SLAs are honoured.\\\\n• Understanding customer feedback and tailoring solutions and processes to\\\\naddress concerns.\\\\n• Creating & employing process to make sure the tech stack is healthy and scalable.\\\\n• Responsible for overall health of the tech stack and making sure there’s a balance\\\\nbetween tech debt and solution delivery.\\\\n• Championing best practices of CI/CD, SecOps and automated testing to deliver\\\\nfaster and safer.\\\\n• Leading, Coaching and mentoring a team of team leads, full stack & ML\\\\nengineers.\\\\n• Peering with other Eng. Managers to standardise re-usability of software and\\\\nprocesses across Tractable.\\\\n• Responsible for the overall cost of the product line, peering with engineers to\\\\nmake sure the Operating expenditure of product line is manageable.\\\\n• Peering with other Eng. Managers in developing cross team initiative like hiring & \\\\nonboarding.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
