National Toys for Tots Coordinator for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve:Coordinated and executed the Force-wide National Toys for Tots Campaign distributing over 10 million toys to over 5 million kids. Ensured 169 Marine Forces Reserve units are in compliance with Force Order 5726.1C and Toys for Tots Foundations Standard Operation Procedures. Served as point of contact and provide information on Toys for Tots goals and activities to all Marine Forces Reserve Units. Conducted site validations/inspections for twenty different sites throughout the United States and prepared reports to validate findings. Managed funds totaling for community outreach and provided supplemental funds to any Marine Forces Reserve unit requesting support for Community Relations Events throughout the United States. Ground Safety Manager: Conduct regular spot and annual safety check/inspections, to provide an independent perspective of safety and operational risks and facilitates continuous improvement in safety and operational risk performance through the implementation of OSHA (Federal, State, Navy, and Marine Corps) rules and regulations governing Ground Safety. Routinely evaluate, monitor, mentor and report on all personnel Health & Safety performance, ensure awareness/training of all personnel, and maintained all records for units Safety and Hazardous Materials Program. Implemented enhancement program focused on communicating and managed through the development and delivery of Action Plans. Routinely assess, identify and report on implementation effectiveness of security risk reduction hazards. Provide expertise to support reporting and investigating incidents, identifying and assigning corrective actions. Routinely review and report on systemic and immediate incident causes.
