With 10+ years of IT experience in multiple domains, I am a Product Specialist at Giant Eagle, where I define and manage the vision, backlog, and development of eCommerce products. I am passionate about delivering value to end customers and clients, and I have a SAFe certification that demonstrates my agile and scrum expertise. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the table, as I have worked in various industries, such as airlines, health insurance, CRM, and health care. In my current role, I oversee the development stages of eCommerce products, from ideation to launch, and I prioritize the needs and expectations of end customers and in-house product owners. I act as the primary liaison between the stakeholders and the development team, and I evaluate the product progress at each iteration. I also leverage my marketing and Kanban skills to communicate the product value proposition, roadmap, and features, and to optimize the workflow and collaboration of the team.
