I have over 18 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a strong background in flight safety, airports, and aviation.In my current role, I ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, such as crew scheduling, training, performance, and safety. I also liaise with the airport authorities, regulators, and other stakeholders, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality. I have acquired multiple skills and competencies, such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making, that enable me to lead and support my team effectively.I am passionate about the aviation industry and its potential to connect people, places, and cultures.
